"Checkout Was Fine, Shipping Was a Little Annoying"
Checkout itself was smooth, no real complaints there. But the shipping options? Took me a minute to figure out what was what, which was kind of annoying because it really didn’t need to be that confusing. Still, I got through it quickly in the end, so not a huge deal.

I had a little problem with my order and I was irritated at first. But customer service replied really quickly and got it sorted without turning it into some huge hassle. It was way smoother than... yeah, I just appreciated how easy they made it. I’d definitely order again

"Pretty good deli order overall"
I ordered some deli stuff and, it showed up still nice and cold with the ice packs packed in well. One container did leak a little, but nothing was ruined, so I can’t really complain. I do wish the delivery had come earlier, but I probably should’ve planned better too since I always wait until the last minute. I’d order again.

"A Little Taste of New York"
I ordered some bagels and rugelach because I was really missing the Upper West Side, they hit the spot. Everything was packed well and tasted just like the stuff I used to pick up on Broadway. It’s definitely not the cheapest treat, so I had to think twice, but for that real New York taste, it felt worth the splurge. Zabar’s just has that NYC feeling for me.

"Checkout was painless"
I ordered from Zabar's the checkout wait time was sorta not a big deal. The pages loaded fine, and I didn’t get stuck or have to fight with the site like I have on some other food sites. The whole thing took maybe a couple minutes, even with me double-checking my address. Easy, no stress, and I’d use it again

"Busy, Cozy, and Soooo Charming!!!"
Zabar’s is definitely busy... like, really busy!!! The aisles can get packed and a little tight, but honestly?? That’s kind of part of the fun. It has this cozy, neighborhood feel that doesn’t seem too fancy or try-hard, which I really liked. I had a nice time just wandering around, checking everything out, and soaking it all in!!!

I ordered the smoked salmon and sable from Zabar’s, and to their credit, it arrived cold and packed properly, which you’d hope for at that price. The fish tasted fresh, wasn’t overly salty, and had that soft, buttery texture I was looking for. My family basically wiped it out with bagels on Sunday morning. It’s definitely not cheap, but I’ll admit the quality was there, so I’d probably order it again.

"Nice NYC treat, just slow tracking"
Ordered a couple gift baskets from Zabar’s for Hanukkah/Christmas week. Easy site. No big issues there. Food showed up in good shape. Bagels were fresh. Babka too. Packed nicely. Only giving 4 stars because the tracking was a little behind. Kind of annoying. I wasn’t totally sure when one of the boxes was coming. But it did arrive on time, so all good. Family loved it. Felt like a fun little NYC treat. I’d order again. Just earlier next holiday.

"I’m not sure if I’m just…"
I’m not sure if I’m just picky about coffee, but this one actually tastes really fresh. It’s strong without being too much, and I didn’t notice that weird bitter aftertaste some coffees have. I kept expecting it to get harsh as I drank it, but it stayed smooth.

"Great cheese haul from Zabar’s"
I ordered a mix of cheeses from Zabar’s i was thrilled with it. The selection felt way more interesting than the same old grocery store lineup, and everything arrived packed up nicely. The aged cheddar and gouda were definitely the stars for me—I could’ve eaten an embarrassing amount in one sitting. I’ll probably order again next time I’m putting together a weekend cheese board.

"Damaged item, but refund was handled okay"
My order showed up damaged, which was annoying and unnecessary, but Zabar’s customer support responded quickly. They first offered to send a replacement, but I asked for a refund instead, and they processed it without making a big deal out of it. It took a few days for the refund to actually appear, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall they handled the situation fine

"Finally, a Pickup Order That Didn’t Waste My Time"
I ordered online and picked it up at the store the same day, why can’t every pickup be this simple? No weird delays, no standing around while someone “checks in the back,” no random missing items. I got there, everything was ready, and I was in and out fast. Such a basic thing, but somehow it felt like a win.
